The information is very timely and the ability to customize your searches is great.  You see exactly what the real estate agents see and the morning report is very good way to stay on top of what is happening in your neighborhood.


One of the best features for sellers is the ability to access a "live" CMA that updates your competition in sales and listings as they enter or leave the market allowing you to make intelligent decisions on initial pricing as well as at the time an offer is made on the property.


Of all the systems I make available to my buyer clients, Listing Book seems to be the one they stick with the longest.  In many cases long after they may have purchased a property.  It's just a nice way to keep up with the market.
